Armed with this level of information you can deal with an incoming call much more efficiently and provide a much higher level of service. For example, you can see who last spoke to the contact, or the contents of the last letter sent.
As well as being integrated with your telephony, Itel Office integrates with your word processing, fax and e-mail, so actions resulting from a telephone conversation become much easier you handle and as a result are usually done quicker and better. Even if a conversation does not require a letter, fax or e-mail to be sent, adding a few Simple Notes about the conversation will enable others within your organisation to see what has been said.
